Do you have a minimum age?

The minimum starting age is 18.

I'm a beginner, can I join?

Absolutely! You don’t have to be an athlete to join. Every one works to their own level and trains in a way that is comfortable to their current level.

Take advantage of our 7 day trial. Meet our trainers, get a feel for our space. And work out if we’re the fit you’re looking for.

What do I need to bring?

A positive attitude, your training shoes, water and a towel.

Do you have lock in contract options?

Yes, but you do not have to. Our cheaper membership requires a 6 month lock in however the normal $50 weekly direct debit requires absolutely no lock in.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive 10 minutes early so you can get a feel for your surrounding and then you can meet the trainer or instructor. You may also need to sign some documentation.

Are the sessions hard?

Yes, the sessions are designed to be challenging. In saying that, intensity can always be modified and the trainers provide various training levels for exercises from beginner to advanced.

But what if I have an injury?

Thats okay! We can work around it. Notify the trainer of any injuries before you begin.

What if I want to do nutrition coaching too?

I offer HUGE discounts on both macro and nutrition coaching options to all Sweat Studio Sisters.

ONLINE TRAINING

How do I choose what program is best for me?

Have a read through all package options and see what best aligns with you. If your goal is fat loss for example, CONDTN ME or Shred and Sulpt would be best, where as if you want to build strength and get sculpted the BIKINI STRONG or SCULPT ME would be more for you.

If you have a really specific goal, or have specific training needs or an injury etc.,  I would suggest the customised training options instead such as PT in your pocket.

Are all of your programs customised?

I offer both customised training and pre-set programs. The packages are pre-set, meaning they are created with a goal in mind but they are not customised.

PT in your pocket however, is completely customised to you, your training goal, equipment, days of training per week etc.

How often do training programs change?

Training programs are updated every 2- 4 weeks. Progressive overload is the key to muscle building, strength, conditioning and fitness. We try not to change training too frequently so you get the most out of your program.

Do you program for injuries?

Yes, “PT in your pocket” is for you.

Do you offer home workouts?

I sure do, TRAIN WITH ME AT HOME or PT in your Pocket are your best bets.

What equipment do I need for at home sessions?

You will require 2 x sets of DB’s – one heavy and one light. You will also need loop bands and booty bands as well as a bench or a chair.

All of these can be purchased from KMART for super affordable prices.

What if I can’t do an exercise?

You can dm me for quick substitutions if need be or sub for a similar movement relating to the body part.

How do I know if I am doing exercises correctly / if my form is okay?

All exercises come with video demos. Watch the tutes before performing. I also encourage all my online clients to film themselves and send me the videos so I can offer cues and technique tips for improvement.

Can I upgrade to training with meal plans and macros?

Yep, you sure can. That is encouraged.

NUTRITION

I have specific dietary requirements/ have food aversions, can you cater for me?

Absolutely, all meal plans are 100% personalised to you. I don’t do anything cookie cutter.

I cater for:General dietVegetarianVeganPescatarianGluten freeDairy FreeYou can also add any food intolerances or dislikes at sign up.

Or if you like complete freedom, opt for macro coaching.

How do I chose between macros and nutrition plans?

I only suggest macros for experienced trackers. If you are new to fatloss I would suggest a meal plan.

Macro coaching is great for flexibility but it does provide room for more error if you are tracking incorrectly etc.

With nutrition coaching, I am in control of your macros and calories, providing you with delicious and nutritious meals.

 

Can I change my nutrition preferences?

Yes, note any changes you want to your meal plan at your check in.

What happens at check in?

Macros, calories and meals are updated at each check in based off your progress and questionnaire.
