Fueled by their passion to pass on their knowledge and to heal the world on a holistic level, they utilize natures abundant healing foods to create change internally.
Centered around helping women, Clare and Max use diet and physical fitness to create positive improvements in wellbeing, hormone levels and physical aesthetics.

Maxinne (Max) is quite simply a powerhouse – in mind, body and spirit, and truly feels her purpose in life is to help others feel the way they were destined to feel on a mental, cellular and physical level.
She has a passion for understanding nourishment and is constantly obtaining further qualifications in her field. At present she is researching gut health and how this relates to the immune system and metabolic functioning.
Studying the unique healing properties of the earths super foods, Max implements nutrition plans on how these properties can be used to heal conditions and add benefits to her clients.
Maxinne is a qualified Wellness Coach, Holistic Health Coach, Therapeutic Nutritionist and a Fitness instructor and her goal is to truly help her clients help themselves.
Maxinne also runs women’s only boot camps and designs unique nutritional and exercise plans especially for women.
Clare started her food journey over 25 years ago while working in the restaurant industry.
Her fascination in healthy eating and fitness grew after battling a long period of anorexia nervosa. She credits her recovery to her in depth research into different foods and their affect on the body, mind, and spirit.
Clare eats a predominantly raw, plant-based diet to maintain her own optimal health and vitality levels, and truly believes in the healing power of food and all of its abundant medicinal properties.
