Nutrition is so much more than calories in verses calories out. Nutrition should be measured by how we feel each day. The foods we eat on a regular basis, our activities, our mental habits and behaviours all have the power to affect our gut microbiome, stress levels, inflammation markers and autoimmune responses, the balancing of our hormones, genetic recoding, our sleep cycles, our skin, our metabolism and off course, our moods.

Every single day, our bodies are desperately trying signal and give clues as to what is going on inside us, whether that is in the form of eczema, food allergies, bloating, puffy eyes, reddened skin, fatigue, insomnia etc. Each day our magnificent bodies try to tell us how to heal yourself and nourish ourselves, the problem for many of us is that we have become so numb to these signals; we stop listening to our bodies and instead listen to society, doctors and the media. Or alternatively, we know exactly what we need, we know exactly what habits, foods and behaviours are causing our internal stressors or what’s holding us back and we just aren’t willing to listen yet  or perhaps we aren’t confident enough at this moment to do it on our own. I am here to tell you that your body holds individual intellect far wiser than doctor, friend, or typical health guru can give you. Our areas of nutritional coaching are completely personalized to you as an individual, whether that’s as simple as helping you obtain your dream physique or it may mean sorting through your digestion issues, autoimmune conditions, rebalancing your hormones, restoring your skin and your sleep cycles or improving your relationship with food.
